Shipping policy
HL Atelier and Fine Art currently ships to customers in Canada and the United States.
Processing Times
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
- Original Artwork: Ships within approximately 5–10 business days.
- Fine Art Prints & Made-to-Order Products: Ship within approximately 5–10 business days.
- Monthly Print Subscriptions: Subscription prints are typically shipped during the first week of each month.
Please note that processing times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using the carrier that best suits the destination, size, value, and shipping requirements of the order.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped, where available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise stated at checkout or as part of a promotional offer.
Customs, Duties & Import Charges
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Where available, HL Atelier and Fine Art will make reasonable efforts to use shipping services that support Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to simplify customs clearance and reduce unexpected import charges. However, DDP service cannot be guaranteed for all destinations or shipping methods.
Shipping Insurance
Orders are carefully packaged for shipment. Shipping insurance may be included based on the value of the order and the shipping method selected.
Delivery
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. HL Atelier and Fine Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, labour disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact info@hlatelier.com and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
HL Atelier and Fine Art is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the purchaser.
